London Bridge many years ago used to have homes, shops and large buildings built all across the bridge. They say back then it was a town itself however it became too crowded and it all was destroyed. However with modern materials like glass and such it can be created again but this time better! So for a short section of road a giant base is built to hold up a number of buildings where the land would be bought beforehand. A giant glass roof if built to contain the entire town from the elements. Hence it would be built in a cold climate country. This took 4 hours to build however the making of the clear plastic surrounding was quite simple and overall it looks very clean.

The "Discord" is that you do not expect a town to be built over water and that you can access by road.
