Bio : Wow i rushed making this sword and it just cam out really bad although the photo is far away enough to not see it. I rushed sawing out the sword and had lots of crooks and dents on the wood. The handle was just as bad but the guard was a perfect square!!

Inspiration : Metal Gear Solid

actually i need help with the guard
see I'm making rukia kuchiki's sword and my mom only can cut out where the sword goes in, do you know anything that won't brake a piece of would about 1/4 of an inch wide?

i already have the part where you put the blade threw done.

Drill holes wide enough to fit in a rasp, and then rasp away, it should take 6 hours
