The Manga Tsuba Index

The purpose of these drawings is to help swordmakers and propmakers. When it comes to making katana's or zanpakuto's most of the time the tsuba is the most unique part of the sword. It is the part of the katana which has most of design. So I drew up these closely detailed and accurate measurements of these tsuba's. With these tsuba's they act as a reference when your going to attempt to make the sword. If you use a scene from a anime or manga to make use reference for your tsuba, it might be flawed. So I have saved you the trouble and drawn them all out clearly, with measurements so you can print and cut them out.

Bakumatsu Kikansetsu - Getsuruito: The legendary Eien no Shikaku literally Eternal Assassin, Akizuki Yojiro is the bearer of the legendary sword, Getsuruito literally Moon Tear Sword. tasked with the quest of utilizing its blade to destroy the Hasha no Kubi literally Head of the Conqueror, a supernatural object said to appear during times of unrest and revolution. The actual full name of the anime is called "Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto"

Bastard! - Gara's Sword: Gara is a master of Ninjutsu, and at least the third (possibly the fourth) General that Dark Schneider took on. He attempted to slay Dark Schneider, who easily defeated him. Dark Schneider was moved by the boy's impetuous and strong-willed attacks, and so offered to take him on as a servant and fighter. Gara agreed. He commands a sword which can draw its life force directly from the swordsman, allowing almost unbeatable magic attacks. Unfortunately, the strongest attack is usually fatal to use.

Important Notes:

. ALL these guards slide into swords with a thicnkess of 5 mm and 30 mm long, there are some exceptions.
.The parrallel lines are the rims of the guards that you cut out of balsa wood and glue onto the main guard.
.Download the full version, then copy and paste it, print it off then cut it out with scissors.
.Once it the paper tsuba is cut out, then draw around it with a pencil on the wood, then cut it out to finish.

I jnow... like lodoss... Lodoss has my age, and it's going to be 22 this year. Lodoss is my favorite Manga and Anime EVER. Okay... I admit... Ludwig Revolution is gettint the first place in manga, but Lodoss has 6 diferent romances in manga! It's a claaaaaaaaaassic.
