So I was reading an absolutely fantastic manga called "Monster". You most likely will not have heard of it, it is a Psychological horror manga, which was adapted to an 100% canon anime series. The story revolves around the antagonist who can be considered the most physcologial imbalenced person to have ever lived. His mind is so complex he can convince completely innocent people to kill themselves and other people. This got me thinking in most stories theres a protagonist the hero of the story, but there must always be an opposition the villian, the antagonist. They are like ying and yang both are needed together to make a complete story. So yes the question is:

Who are your top 5 most Truly Evil Villans from anime and manga?

Im not talking about the most badass villians, the best looking villians, the coolest villians or what not. I want to know who are your favoruite villians that are pure evil right down to the core of your soul. The deeds they do make you disgust them, but you respect just how evil they are. They are so evil they cannot be saved, where they make drowning a bag of kittens childsplay.

Johan Liebert from Monster

This guy of course I would put fist, I just finished reading the manga fully. I mentioned he can be considered the most physcologial imbalenced person to have ever lived. His mind is so complex he can convince completely innocent people to kill themselves and other people. He has done this a countless number of times throughout the story, he has even convinced children to commit suicide. Whenever he kills people, police inspectors have said that at a crime scene they can sense whether someone was killed becuase of sadness or hate. However when Johan kills, all the police inspectors can sense is that someones life had ended here. This shows Johan kills without the slightest hint of emotion or remourse. Too him all humans on earth should just die.

Johan Libert is also a goddam genius he convinces innoncent people to kill his targets, then he kills them himself leaving no evidence behind. He is completely untrackable and you will only find him when he reveals himself to you. The most scariest thing is his mask, a metaphysical one. He always smiles, you cannot even sense a hint of sadness or hate only warmth. However that warmth is from the hell resides in his eyes. He can one day attending university without problems and then become a secretary with a governer of a country with no problems. Physically he is weak, he isnt a fast runner, however his mind is all that is needed to kill countless numbers of people.

Yonemi Kamon from Battle Royale

Many people have seen the battle royale movie, but a few number have actually read the manga. The manga is by far easily the most graphic manga with violence and sex scenes of torture and rape I have ever seen. There has been a different "teacher" character in the book, manga and film. However the most sevil teacher by far is the one in the manga. The stuff he does is so evil, he treats the students like animals for hsi pleasure, this guy is not human he is the devil himself. In all of manga and anime I have seen I would kill this guy in cold blood first sight of him, if he existed in this world he would be the worlds worst serial killer worst then hitler in every way possible. He can't live.

Yonemi Kamon also looks god damn fugly he is one of those guys thats so ugly, you detest looking at him. You feel physically sick being in his presence. He has raped mothers, killed innocent and defenseless students in cold blood for his own sexual pleasure. When Yonemi makes the announcements, he likes to make cruel jokes about the dead students, such as saying "Two for the price of one" He even bets money on the students and see who dies and who lives. He has no regard for a human life, and is so selfish that you just cannot feel disgusted towards this guy. The most sadistic person EVER.

Kazuo Kiriyama from Battle Royale

Okey I have cheated a bit having 2 characters from the same series. However Yonemi Kamon is only from the manga while Kazuo Kiriyama is from the book,manga and film. This guy can only be called "the perfect killer" he is a terminator in every sense of the word. He has been shot so many times, including the head, he has surived terrfying falls and endured brutal fights. However he will not stop moving forward, until he kills all the students in the battle royale program. He is a well oiled killing machine and throughout the story any attempts at stopping him has failed and resulted in death. If he is coming after you, it would be better to commit suicide.

Without spoiling too much becuase of a physcological trauma he suffered as a child, he doesnt have any feelings. He does not feel pain, love, hate, sadness he does not feel a single goddam thing. He even rarely talks, and when he does he sends chills down your spine. He also doesn't goddam blink, he always has that cold face with eyes that pierce through your soul. He is only a teenager aswell but he is a genius. He learns an entire martial arts style by just looking at it once. He knows how to paint like van goth and play the violin like mozart from first sight and hearing. However when he learns to kill, he becomes unstoppable. You will die it is certain its foolish to think otherwise.

Vicious from Cowboy Bebop

Firstly this guys name is vicious that automatically grants him the status of evil by default. Spike Spiegal is just your average anti-hero who will only save people if its for a bounty. Vicious is ruthless, bloodthirsty, cunning and ambitious. Considered by some to be Spike's darker half, he is willing to do anything in order to secure a position of power. He will cut down people witout a second thought in a heart beat to further move forward towards his goals. He will betray you when he sees an oppurtuinity to rise in the ranks, as spike found out the hard way. If you hire him, he will no doubt kill you and all your body guards with the same cold face he wears always and move on.

What makes him special is he uses a katana to fight. In a day and age where firearms are the number one weapon to use, vicious is more suited to cutting you down, then putting holes through you. He can be considered the perfect soilder, he has been shown to effectively be just as good at using a pistol then his katana. He is already a master at his katana by default. So he is an expert in both range and melee defense with perfect concentration and accuracy. He is emotionless and kills without hesitation only spike can stand up to his skills. Perhaps he is more dangerous then evil becuase if this guy is coming towards you, just pray he finishes you off quickly, not likely though.

Millions Knives from Trigun

Last but not least is knives from trigun, vash's evil twin brother. He believes that humanity is a plague that must be exterminated because they survive by consuming the plants and all the planet's natural resources. And becuase of this belief he is the cause for the entire start of the manga. He is the source of all evil in the manga, and all of vash's suffering. In contrast to Vash's playful and boisterous nature, Knives is quiet and observant. While Vash can be emotional and intense, Knives is contained and casual. Vash seeks companionship as comfort, whereas Knives revels in his loneliness. If I could name the best evil twin character then knives would easily have that position.

Of course he isnt just over the top evil, he has a wide array of abilities. Knives understands his origins and powers better than his brother Vash and as a result he knows how to tap into his powers and create weapons such as the Angel Arms. Knives is also a powerful telepath, using his ability to manipulate other plants, and vash's angel arm. He is also the mastermind behing the gung ho gang and their plots to kill vash and all the people he loves. He wants to wipe out the entire human race because they are inferior beings. Unlike Hitler, Knives thinks an entire race should die. Only vash can hope to stop him.
